Canada Rocks! A look back at Chris Hadfield's memorable snaps from space

We all marvelled at the wonders Astronaut Commander Chris Hadfield shared with us during his time at the International Space Station (ISS).

The beloved spaceman became the first Canadian to command the ISS in March of 2013 and spent two months there, during which time he shared videos, posts on social media and gave the public and insider look at life in space.

Forbes fittingly called the astronaught, "perhaps the most social media savvy astronaut ever to leave Earth."

His rendition of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" was a fitting way of bidding his thousands of Twitter followers adieu. In a tweet, Chris said: "Almost time to leave Station. Hard to express all of my emotions, but mostly gratitude. I came here on behalf of so many people - thank you."

As Chris's mission comes to a close, we take a look back at some of the out-of-this-world moments he has shared.
