Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi to perform for Prince William and Kate at charity gala

Some of the biggest names in music will perform for the world’s most famous royals, Prince William and Kate Middleton, at a star-studded charity gala next month.

Country music star Taylor Swift and rock legend Jon Bon Jovi have been scheduled to perform live at the Winter Whites Gala on Nov. 26., which will raise money for Centrepoint, an organization that helps homeless youth and of which William has been a patron of since 2005.

Hosted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the winter wonderland-themed ball marks the first time that the new parents will host a state event. It will also unofficially serve as a housewarming party for their Kensington Palace residence, which now functions as the Cambridge family’s primary home.

Last year, William attended the ball alone, as Kate was recovering from acute morning sickness.

Other celebrity guests reported to be in attendance include Eliza Doolittle and James Blunt.
