Philip Seymour Hoffman has been found dead in his Manhattan apartment. He was 46 years old.
The celebrated actor, who won an Oscar for his 2005 film Capote, had suffered from an "apparent drug overdose" on Feb. 2, according to New York City police.
Philip was filming the sequel to The Hunger Games: Mockingjay with Jennifer Lawrence.
The troubled star had checked himself into rehab last year to combat an addiction for prescription drugs and heroin.
He is survived by three children and his partner Mimi O'Donnell.
