Ellen Page and Jennifer Lawrence look ravishing at the premiere of ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’

Superstars Ellen Page and Jennifer Lawrence flaunted their style superpowers this weekend.

X-Men: Days of Future Past premiered at the Javits Center in New York this pastSaturday (May 10), and the star-studded affair boasted a myriad of stunning sartorial statements.

Jennifer Lawrence, 23, strutted the black carpet (before slipping yet again!) in a midnight-blue, crushed velvet gown by Jason Wu, expertly paired with bold, rose-hued lips and an up 'do, thanks to her growing bob.

Co-starlet Ellen Page, 27 - who recently came out and appeared on the cover of Flare magazine - opted for something a touch more androgynous, looking effortlessly dapper in a Band of Outsiders tuxedo jacket and slick Saint Laurent leather pants.

Another of the red carpet's best-dressed gals was Girls star Zosia Mamet, who slipped on a crop top and skirt – a trend we've seen a lot lately, even at the Met Gala.

The boys weren’t too shabby either, doing handsome suiting to a tee: Hugh Jackman went jacketed but casual and tie-free, accessorizing with only a bandage over his nose (the result of a recently removed cancerous growth).

Evan Peters greeted photographers in a monochromatic turquoise two-button suit, while Michael Fassbender arrived festively formal in a 3-piece grey ensemble.

Talking to MTV on the red carpet, Jennifer responded to the lauded praise for her flexibility by saying, “Isn’t my stunt double the most flexible person in the world?” The American Hustle actress continued with her quirky quips, discussing her anything goes shooting diet: “I could have had one salad. It wouldn’t have killed me,” the actress joked.

X-Men: Days of Future Past hits theatres May 23.
