Both Kim and Kanye wore Givenchy for the big day. The bride looked gorgeous in a demure, white lace gown paired with a long silk veil for the ceremony – a clear departure from the princess-style Valentino gown she wore for her wedding to Kris Humphries.

The groom, meanwhile, was fitted in a custom tuxedo and a smart bow tie and it appears that there was a strict dress code for all guests, with everyone in attendance wearing black.

The pair used traditional vows during the ceremony, which was officiated by a close friend, a pastor from Miami.

After the nuptials, Kim changed into a sexier, cream-coloured Balmain dress, which was covered in pearls and crystals and featured a plunging neckline.

The extravagant reception included a decadent, four-course meal, with a menu of chicken, steak, salmon, tortelloni and both rosé and gold Armand de Brignac Champagne. It was finished off with a white, seven-foot wedding cake that featured fruit layers.

Kanye also made an exuberant and emotional 20-minute speech, in which he praised his wife for being the “ideal celebrity… the ideal art.”
