“What I find really interesting about Brooklyn – and what I really love about that kid – is that he is passionate about what he wants, which is to be a professional soccer player," the actress told Teen Vogue.
"And I enjoy someone who is on my level with the seriousness kind of thing,” she added.
The 17-year-old starlet left fans wondering about her relationship with Brooklyn after they attended a concert together last month. Dad David Beckham, who is understandably protective of his son, is often seen chaperoning their “dates.”
Regardless, it's clear that the pair have become close. Brooklyn, 15, sweetly supported the star at the premiere of her latest film, If I Stay, last month. They were also spotted together at the Teen Choice Awards on Aug. 10.
For now, the pair are spending some time apart as Chloë promotes another film, The Equalizer, at the Toronto International Film Festival.
