Ellen Page suits up and strips down in a gorgeous ‘W’ magazine cover shoot

Ellen Page has had a big year.

The Canadian beauty, 27, was named one of Hello! Canada’s Most Beautiful stars for 2014 and stripped down – emotionally and physically – for a sensational Flare cover story after publicly coming out as a lesbian.

Now, the X-Men star is making a splash again on the cover of W magazine's “The New Royals” issue.

Flare first showed the actress in a state of undress, pairing Ellen's signature black blazer with little else. W has followed suit with an editorial spread that features the A-lister clad in a cape and black underwear - and showing off her toned abs.

The issue has five covers celebrating five successful women, with Cara Delevingne, Charlotte Casiraghi, Naomi Campbell and Kristen Wiig rounding out the group.

Ellen’s cover, in which she sports a tailored suit and tie with a floppy hat, calls to mind the timeless style of a young Diane Keaton in Annie Hall.

The next big feature for the emerging sartorial starlet is a film co-starring Evan Rachel Wood titled Into the Forest, which depicts a dystopian future and an Earth on the verge of apocalypse.
