It’s a gift the whole world would enjoy: the sight of little Prince George on Christmas Day would add an extra sparkle to our celebrations.
Hello! has learned that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, aware of the enormous public interest in their son, are considering taking him to a public event soon. What better place could there be than the Sandringham estate, where George and his royal relatives will gather for a traditional family Christmas?
This would be George’s first official appearance in the United Kingdom – only the top of his head and a small waving hand could be seen as he left hospital the day after his birth in July 2013. He would surely make an adorable addition when the whole Royal Family goes to St. Mary Magdalene Church on Christmas morning.
There will also be plenty of celebrations behind the scenes. Kate, who is expecting the couple’s second baby in April, has spent weeks preparing for the festive season.
The couple may be making other Christmas plans, too. Just this month, Hello! can reveal, Hugo Burnand, who took the Cambridges’ official wedding photos, was at Kensington Palace for what may have been a photo shoot for William and Kate’s Christmas card.
In this week’s issue – on newsstands Thursday – Hello! Canada takes you behind the scenes of what will surely be a Christmas to remember!
