Celebrity siblings: Kate and Pippa Middleton, Ben and Casey Affleck and more

Good looks and talent run in the family, especially when it comes to celebrity siblings. From Jessica and Ashlee Simpson to the Kardashian-Jenner clan, there’s no shortage of stars whose brothers or sisters have become as famous as they are.

Oscar-winning actress Penelope Cruz had her second baby just months apart from her fellow actress and sister Monica, and the duo designers have created collections together for Spanish retail giant Mango back in 2007, as well as more recently, saucy underwear entitled L’Agent. Monica even acted as her sister’s body double in Pirates of the Caribbean, when Penelope was pregnant with her first child.

Scarlett Johansson often attends red carpet events such as premieres with her twin brother Hunter on her arm, and the two shared screen time back in 1996 with comedy-drama Manny & Lo.

Oscar winner Ben Affleck shares the big screen with his younger brother Casey, who was nominated for his own Oscar for his role in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford – in which he starred alongside Brad Pitt. He also worked with his brother Ben in Ocean’s Eleven.

When it comes to royalty, the high-born set are famously close with their siblings. The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, thrust her sister firmly into the spotlight when she was named maid of honour at the Royal Wedding, while Prince William and Prince Harry’s brotherly bond is well documented. (One would expect Prince George to have the same close friendship with his little brother or sister when Kate gives birth later this month!)
