Kate Hudson joins Michael Kors’s quest to end world hunger

Kate Hudson is devoting her time to fight world hunger by joining A-list designer Michael Kors’s game-changing Watch Hunger Stop philanthropic campaign. The actress follows in the footsteps of past celebrities like Halle Berry and Chrissy Teigen, who have helped Michael and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) deliver more than 10 million meals to hungry children around the world.

The pair will launch two limited-edition styles of the brand’s iconic Bradshaw watch in October, with proceeds going to provide nutritious meals through the WFP’s School Meals program. “I’m so excited to have Kate join me in the fight to ensure that no child anywhere in the world goes to bed hungry,” says Michael. “Not only does she have a unique star quality but she also brings an incredible amount of generosity and can-do attitude to a cause that is incredibly important to me.”

The Wish I was Here star, who recently turned heads in a stunning, black Julien Macdonald gown at Leonardo DiCaprio's charity gala in St. Tropez, showed off her can-do attitude earlier this month on an episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls. "I always like being pushed and challenged," she notes.
