7 things we learned about the Toronto Blue Jays on Instagram

More than two decades after Joe Carter and company captured two World Series championships in the city of Toronto, a new roster of players are determined to take Canada’s team all the way to the top. On the field, the Jays know how to handle business, and after sifting through their social media accounts, it’s clear that our boys in blue are also big winners outside of the Rogers Centre. From their beautiful families to their children, pets and hobbies, the Jays love to show off their charmed lives.

Star pitcher David Price revealed in a press conference that while he's excited to start the post-season playoffs, his French bulldog, Astro, might have him beat. “He gets pretty giddy around this time of year,” admits the 30-year-old. “For me, I mean, this is why you play the game. To celebrate the Blue Jays' race to the finals, Hello! rounds up the seven fun facts we learned about the team's top players on social media.
