Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard make the ultimate vacation music video in Africa

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s trip to Africa consisted of traditional tourist activities like sightseeing and exploring the jungle, but the couple took their adventure to the next level by filming their own music video. Set to the iconic sounds of Toto’s “Africa,” the actors lip sync along to the moving lyrics while hippopotamuses, gorillas, lions and giraffes roam in the background. “Our sole objective was to rage hard and honor Toto properly,” says Dax who shared the video on YouTube.

“Since nobody really wants to see the album of your vacation photos ... Introducing: the #VacationMusicVideo,” tweeted Kristen who admits that the Toto tribute is “the best project I've ever been a part of.” The hilarious parents of two made the trip to Africa before the birth of their first daughter, Lincoln, in 2013. Just over a year later they welcomed their second daughter, Delta.

In the must-see video, the couple takes advantage of some rain so that they can “bless the rains down in Africa” and take turns showing off some impressive dance moves. They even call on their tour guides to make a cameo appearance and watch in admiration as the wild animals roam the plains of the stunning continent.
