Uma Thurman is making sure her little girl has the best partner in crime as she learns to swim. The proud mom shared a sweet photo of herself and three-year-old Luna wearing matching swim caps and goggles and holding hands by the side of a pool. The Kill Bill actress, 45, who wears a black one-piece while her youngest is dressed in a patterned swimsuit, captioned the photo "Let's swim!"

Little Luna – whose real name is Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson – is Uma's only child with former fiancé Arpad Busson. She also has two children, Maya, 17, and Levon, 14, with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke.

Luna frequently appears on her mother’s Instagram feed, most recently looking mesmerised while watching people make giants bubbles in New York's Central Park just two weeks ago.

The star is besotted with all of her children. Speaking last year, the actress told People: "I'm madly in love with all of my children, and very proud of them. I think they conduct themselves with a lot of dignity and respect for others. It's all a parent could dream of."

Earlier this month, there was great excitement amongst Uma's fans when it was revealed she could be reprising her most famous role. Director Quentin Tarantino has said he is considering making a third instalment in the famous Kill Bill movies, and has been in talks with his muse Uma.

"I've been very non-committal about it, and I'm not committing to it, but I wouldn't be surprised if The Bride made once more appearance before the whole thing is said and done," he teased. "I've been talking to Uma about it just a little bit."

Uma first appeared as The Bride in 2003's Kill Bill: Vol 1 and received both a Golden Globe and a BAFTA nomination for her performance.
