James Corden stars in hilarious spoof of Kanye West's 'Fade' music video

Kanye West set Twitter into a frenzy on Sunday (Aug, 28) when he debuted his music video for his new single Fade during the 2016 MTV VMAs. The Flashdance-inspired short film sees singer Teyana Taylor feverishly dancing in an empty gym. Now, late night host James Corden has added his own hilarious spin on the video by putting himself right in the action.

In "Don't Exercise in Kanye West's Gym," the father of two is seen trying to pump some iron while being distracted by Teyana's intense moves. "Do you mind, it's sort of a public gym?" says James before getting frustrated after his pleas are ignored. But when the dancer produces some provocative moves, James's anger turns to admiration.

James is quickly entranced by Teyana's provocative moves.

In true Kanye fashion, the video ventures into unusual territory when Teyana and her NBA player fiancé Iman Shumpert shower together before laying down in a herd of sheep with their baby girl. James pokes fun at the scene by putting up a "NO SHEEP IN GYM" sign on the wall. "A lot of us only joined this gym for its zero sheep policy!" he says before giving up and heading home.

The music video has everyone asking, "Who is Teyana Taylor?" The 25-year-old is signed to Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music label and has since become a close friend. She has also dabbled in acting, starring in a list of film and television projects including Tyler Perry's 2011 comedy Madea's Big Happy Family.

She welcomed her first child, Iman Tayla Shumpert, Jr, in December 2015. The child's birth was quite the event after Teyana went into early labour at home forcing her partner Iman to deliver the baby himself. "This is definitely the best assist I've ever recorded in my life," wrote the basketball star on Instagram shortly after his daughter's arrival.
