Drew Scott hopes that his time on Dancing with the Stars leaves him with more than a mirror ball trophy. As the Property Brothers star prepares for his upcoming wedding he is looking to his pro dance partner to help him impress new wife Linda Phan with an unforgettable first dance.

TAP FOR GALLERY Drew has been teamed up with pro dancer Emma Slater.

In an interview with Hello! Canada, the handsome multi-hyphenate shared his excitement over his private dance lessons: “I’m getting married in a matter of months! Learning how to dance by the ultimate professional right before my wedding, I mean, that’s pretty awesome.”

Drew’s fans will get their first peek at his dance moves when season 25 of the hit series debuts on Sept 18 (CTV). The competition is fierce, with nostalgic names like Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz and Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees facing off against professional wrestler Nikki Bella, Shark Tank investor Barbara Corcoran and Sasha Pieterse of Pretty Little Liars’ fame.

The Canadian star is set to wed his long-time love Linda Phan next year.

Drew and his long-time love Linda Phan got engaged in Dec 2016 during a romantic dinner in Toronto. Following the engagement, the 39-year-old star took to Instagram to share the good news with his fans, writing, "From the first moment I met Linda, back in 2010, I knew she was special. And last night I became the luckiest man on the planet when she said #ido."

Drew revealed to People that the epic proposal was weeks in the making, and that he even jetted to New York to record a special version of Train's hit "Marry Me." The personalized track was played while the couple dined at Piano Piano in downtown Toronto. “I’ve had to be as stealthy as a ninja to pull this off,” he admitted, adding that he carried Linda's ring around for weeks to ensure she didn't find it.
