If you're anything like us, you're no stranger to the long lines that form in often-brisk climates when a new designer collaboration is released at a fast-fashion retailer. And we think French designer Isabel Marant's November collaboration with H&M might just spawn the longest line yet.
After photos from the collection leaked on The Fashion Spot, the Isabel Marant Pour H&M Facebook page posted the photos, a mix of product shots and lookbook images featuring the kind of oversized coats, chunky sweaters, cropped tribal jackets, embellished jeans and rocker pumps we'd expect from the brand.
The 46-year-old Parisian operates in a realm of cool not attained by many designers, thanks to her rocker-meets-boho-groupie collections and the much-imitated wedge sneaker, one you're probably seeing in every store this season. (According to reports, she conceived of the sneaker with a hidden wedge heel as a teenager, padding her own kicks with cork.)
From her signature sneakers to multi-coloured furs and the perfect Western bootie, Marant's pricey pieces are often imitated but never matched, which is why we're so excited to grab a hot chocolate and line up to snatch as many pieces of the H&M collection as we can!
The Isabel Marnat for H&M collection launches on November 14 at select stores.
