Kim Basinger lands modelling contract at age 60

Just two weeks after celebrating her 60th birthday, Kim Basinger has landed a modelling gig.

The ageless actress has signed a contract with IMG models, which will exclusively handle her commercial and endorsement deals from now on.

Representing some of the worlds most in-demand models – including Jessica Stam, Kate Upton, Candice Swanepoel and Cindy Crawford – the agency is keen on the Baldwin family's good looks, having already penned a deal with the Oscar-winner’s 18-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, in March.

“We are proud to be working with a distinguished and talented actress such as Kim Basinger,” said senior VP and managing director of IMG Models, Kevin Bart, in a statement.

“Kim has a powerful appeal on screen that will lend itself as a strong asset for us to seek innovative partnerships across the modelling and entertainment platform for Kim.”

Aside from the IMG deal, the blond beauty has several projects in the works for 2014, including an appearance in a new boxing movie, Grudge Match, alongside Sylvester Stallone.

Kim celebrated her 60th birthday on Dec. 8.
