She may have one of the most enviable figures in the modelling industry, but Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says she still likes to indulge when she dines out – especially on desserts!
“At home I cook as clean and healthy as possible, so when I'm out I can enjoy pudding or a glass of wine and actually enjoy myself,” she said while promoting Coca Cola Life’s campaign, of which she is the face.
She admitted that leading a healthy lifestyle can be difficult with the amount of travelling she has to do for her job.
“I’m travelling all the time so it’s hard to find a balance and eat healthily,” she said. “I really love my food – I’m always being tempted by room service and I eat out a lot. But I do try and eat organic with natural ingredients.”
Rosie also revealed that her favourite way to stay in shape is through the medium of dance.
“I love dance classes!” she said. “I love Body by Simone – I go with my girlfriends, we all go and sweat our faces off and then have a healthy breakfast.
“You have to make it fun. I like to go to dance classes and feel like Beyoncé,” she admitted.
The Devon-born beauty is the star of Marks & Spencers Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign. She also designs a lingerie range for Autograph, a line that has become one of the high street giant’s best-selling ranges.
