With awards season in full swing, the Hollywood set is already wowing us with a parade of stylish looks.

Hailee Steinfeld stepped out at InStyle’s Golden Globes after party in a paisley-print Stella McCartney frock with crocheted accents and strategic cutouts. Also in attendance was Brittany Snow, who opted for an olive-coloured Valentino mini-dress with colourful floral embellishments anchored by metallic Stuart Weitzman heels. Newly engaged actress Nikki Reed also made an appearance in a silver floor length gown by Katharine Kidd featuring a fold-over bodice and soft mermaid hem.

Fresh from the screening of the Oscar-nominated film Still Alice, Kate Bosworth turned heads in a collarless J. Mendel coat with crystal embellishments and super-sexy Stuart Weitzman boots.

As must-see TV prepares for its mid-season return, How to Get Away with Murder star Aja Naomi King stunned in a luxe off-white wrap dress and gold pumps at ABC’s industry preview. And at ELLE’s annual Women in Television Celebration, Jenna Dewan Tatum cemented her knockout status in a slinky gold wrap dress from Reem Acra’s spring 2014 collection and '70s-inspired Kurt Geiger heels. The Witches of East End actress complemented her look with a sleek “lob” (read: long bob) and minimal makeup, while media powerhouse Shonda Rhimes made an appearance in a shimmering blue tea dress, pointed metallic flats and a trendy burgundy lip.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez continued her style tour de force in a two-tone pencil dress by David Koma with an asymmetrical semi-sheer hem for her Despierta America interview, and Natalie Portman made a quiet return to the celebrity scene in a ladylike tweed look by Dior for the Weizmann Institute’s 40th anniversary.
