What happens when Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge and Behati Prinsloo trade their Victoria’s Secret wings for helmets and shoulder pads? In a teaser for the lingerie brand’s Super Bowl ad, we get a glimpse of the seemingly unlikely scenario.
The full-length advertisement won’t air until Feb. 1, when the Patriots take on the Seahawks in the annual sporting event, but we can’t wait to see more of the world’s most beautiful women playing in the most stylish-looking football team we’ve ever seen.

In the video, the striking models show off the results of their fitness and training as they run across the pitch, throwing and kicking a ball as they aim to score a coveted touchdown. Meanwhile, a flag emblazoned with an angel wing flies high above the field, with the latter also featuring the logo.
In true Victoria’s Secret style, all eyes are on the models as they leave the pitch, flicking their perfectly groomed hair and showing off their natural beauty in minimal make-up looks, high fiving as they walk off the pitch.
While the angels showed off their enviably toned figures on the catwalk during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in London in December, in the teaser video they are dressed head to toe in sports kits, with none of the brand’s glamorous lingerie being featured in the clip.
‘Don’t drop the ball’ reads the tagline, a gentle reminder to viewers that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.
The full length advert, which will feature after the game’s fourth quarter two minute warning, will also see supermodel Karlie Kloss, who is absent from the teaser, joining her fellow angels.
This will mark the third time that Victoria’s Secret have scored a Superbowl slot, having previously had slots for the 1999 and 2008 games. The 1999 advert also saw their website crash after they revealed they would be streaming their runway extravaganza live.
