Princess Diana's niece Lady Kitty Spencer proves third time's a charm in blush gown

Lady Kitty Spencer has a storied background as niece of the late Princess Diana and daughter of Earl Spencer, but the well-heeled 24-year-old still knows to hold on to a good piece. Descending on the amfAR gala during Milan Fashion Week, Lady Kitty slipped into her favourite recycled gown.

Wearing her gorgeous pink blush Jenni Button dress, Kitty was the picture of elegance. The pretty blonde had a fairytale moment as she sat on the marble steps of the Museo della Permanente in Milan, showing off her exquisite gown in all its glory.

Kitty, who has worn the dress twice this year, shared a picture of her stunning self on Instagram and wrote alongside it: “amfAR Milano 2015 #amfAR#mfw #milan”.

Lady Kitty Spencer looked a dream in her blush pink embellished gown

She first premiered the gown five months ago, when she attended the Downton Abbey Ball at the end of April.

Wearing the same embellished gown with a ruffled skirt, Kitty adhered to the glamorous dress code. She had her long blonde tresses swept to one side and wore smokey eye make-up – a similar glowing look to Sunday's Italian affair.

In June, Kitty again relied on the jewel-encrusted confection to attend the Hunt Ball with a group of friends.

The beautiful blonde is not the only aristocrat who loves to recycle. Her late aunt Princess Diana was a fan of reusing outfits – notably wearing a pearl-embellished Catherine Walker gown with a bolero jacket, which the Princess called her "Elvis dress", on at least two separate occasions.

The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, also reigns when it comes to reusing.

Unlike her royal cousins Prince William and Prince Harry, Kitty grew up away from the spotlight in South Africa with her mother Victoria Lockwood, her father Earl Spencer's first wife.

Attending an elite South African private school, Kitty was a perfect straight-A student who went on to study psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town.

The vibrant socialite caught the attention of the British media when she made her first public appearances in 2007 alongside Harry and William at a memorial service for her aunt Princess Diana. Four years later she was in attendance at William and Kate's wedding held at Westminster Abbey in London.
