Catherine Zeta-Jones goes glam for appearance at Carnegie Hall

By hellofashion.com

Catherine Zeta-Jones recently treated fans to a peek of her backstage prep routine as she prepared to go on stage at Carnegie Hall. The actress was pictured having her hair and makeup done, looking oh-so-chic as two stylists attended to her. "Getting my glam on before tonight's performance at #CarnegieHall!" Catherine wrote. She followed it up with another picture, revealing that she was about to perform Didn't We by Jimmy Webb.

Striking a pose in front of her husband Michael Douglas, who was supporting her on the night, Catherine looked every inch the Hollywood starlet in another photo posted on Instagram. She captioned it: "Backstage at #CarnegieHall. Just about to sing "Didn't We" by Jimmy Webb. Love and support from my husband, such a special night."

The Chicago actress often gives fans a glimpse of her movie-star lifestyle. She recently uploaded a photo of her beauty cabinet, filled to the brim with almost 100 luxurious products from Lancome, Charlotte Tilbury, Chanel and more. "My face and body essentials. And no, I don't use them all at the same time. #potions #lotions #love," she joked. And even in hair curlers, the mum-of-two manages to look glamorous. She posted a gorgeous selfie last month, joking that she was "cooking a curl" on the way to taking the rubbish out.

Catherine, 47, and Michael, 72, are the proud parents to Dylan, 16, and 14-year-old Carys. On raising teenagers, the Feud star said: "I love it! I love it! I kind of pre-empted the roll-your-eyes teenager years. I love. It. I just love the freshness. It's all so exciting to me!" She added during her appearance on Today: "I was working when I was my son’s age. I was in the theatre, and I look at him, and I go, 'Wow, I was working when I was your age.' So I'm just enjoying this time, learning a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't know."
