Victoria Beckham has wrapped up her summer holidays and is back in London working on her new collection ahead of New York Fashion Week. On Wednesday (Aug 2), the talented designer posted a behind-the-scenes video from her studio on her Instagram account, giving fans a glimpse inside her working environment. In the footage, the former Spice Girl is shown walking up countless flights of stairs in the modern, minimalist building, before being greeted by fellow designers on the top floor, where pattern cutters hard at work are in view, surrounded by rows of clothes.

And far from seeing herself as a boss, Victoria explained that she prefers to "work together" with her team for a collaborative effort. While chatting to The Sunday Times back in March, she said, "It's about empowering your team. Yes it's about being firm but it's also about allowing them to be free, especially when you work in a creative industry. If you empower people and make them feel like the best version of themselves, that's how people give you their best work."
