David Beckham launched the David Beckham For H&M Swimwear line on Tuesday with an exclusive rooftop pool party at trendy Shoreditch House in London.

The famous footballer-turned-model was joined by the likes of One Direction boys Niall Horan and Liam Payne, as well as singer Ellie Goulding for the celebration. The foursome posed for a snapshot together, showing off a peek of east London's skyline in the background.

Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul and singer-songwriter Eliza Doolittle also came out for the stylish rooftop party. David, 39, was sunkissed and handsome, dressed all in black for the event in a sheer black top, black trousers and three-quarter length blazer with a touch of leather in the lapels.

Singers Ellie, 27, and Niall, 20, who were rumoured to be in a romance last year, were seen chatting at the party. "Niall and Ellie looked very close, they were both sat on sofas next to each other having a very long chat," a source told the MailOnline.

The pair, who never spoke out about the rumours, appear to remain good friends. "They were making each other laugh a lot and seemed to be getting on extremely well," the source added.  David's new swimwear launch is just the latest in a string of events for the handsome heartthrob.

Earlier this week the dad of four brought an area of Edinburgh to a standstill as he filmed a whisky advert inside a local pub. As word spread that the football star was in the city, crowds gathered outside the 99 Hanover Street bar hoping to catch a glimpse of him while he shot a video for the launch of the new Haig Club Scotch whisky.
