Jamie Dornan to replace Charlie Hunnam in '50 Shades Of Grey?'

Ever since Charlie Hunnam backed out of the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey, producers have been scrambling to find a suitable replacement to star opposite Dakota Johnson in the scintillating project.

One possibility? Jamie Dornan, a 31-year-old Northern Irish actor and model who famously dated Keira Knightley back in 2005. With his chiseled abs and smoldering gaze, Jamie could very well be convincing as the billionaire playboy (and S&M fan) Christian Grey -- though the fact that his wife Amelia Warner is pregnant could potentially complicate the filming process.

Producers also reportedly have their eyes on English actor Christian Cooke, 26, and True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard, 37, but with the casting deadline looming -- filming is set to begin on Nov. 1 -- they’ll have to make up their minds rather quickly.

Meanwhile, Dakota Johnson, 24, is still set to play the role of Anastasia Steele, so it may simply come down to a matter of chemistry between the two actors.
