Jennifer Lawrence comforts crying, wheelchair-bound fan

It’s no wonder Jennifer Lawrence is often cited as one of Hollywood’s most beloved celebrities.

The 23-year-old actress was giving interviews at the London premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, when she suddenly left the red carpet to attend to a crying fan behind the barricade.

In a video uploaded to YouTube, Jennifer is seen maneuvering her way to the other side of the barrier and kneeling down to beat eye level with the distressed girl, who is in a wheelchair.

After taking a few photographs and hugging the unnamed youngster, the megastar lovingly wraps her in a jacket and spends a full minute comforting the child, who nods appreciatively.

Get the tissues ready (it’s a tearjerker) and watch the entire heartwarming moment.
