Jennifer Lawrence goes wild in hilarious ‘American Hustle’ deleted scene

She earned an Oscar nod for her spirited performance in American Hustle and, judging by this hilarious deleted scene, it’s not hard to see why.

In a newly released clip that didn’t make it into the film, Jennifer Lawrence lets loose as she lip-syncs the lyrics to Santana’s 1969 song “Evil Ways.”

The 23-year-old star – who plays neurotic housewife Rosalyn Rosenfeld in the film – grows increasingly more fervent while vacuuming her living room wearing a leopard-print Mumu.

Filmed in a single shot by director David O Russell, the four-minute take culminates with the actress whipping her hair around wildly and air-guitaring on the floor.

Jennifer received a Best Supporting Actress nomination for her performance in the film, which also starred Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale and Amy Adams, but she lost out to 12 Years a Slave star Lupita Nyong'o.

American Hustle is now available on DVD and Blu-Ray. Watch the clip below.
