The new film Ricki and the Flash examines the age-old question of "Can you really have it all?" Meryl Streep plays a conflicted mother, Ricki, who years ago gave up her family in order to chase her rockstar dreams. But when her daughter (played by Meryl's actual daughter Mamie Gummer) is faced with a crisis, Ricki packs up her guitar and heads home. The three-time Oscar winning actress delivers another emotionally charged performance that will have you singing her praises long after the movie is over.

THREE QUESTIONS WITH … Jean-Luc Bilodeau

For the past three years, Vancouver’s Jean-Luc Bilodeau has been charming audiences playing young dad Ben on the comedy series Baby Daddy. As the show prepares to wrap up its fourth season – with a special appearance by newly divorced Reba McEntire – on Aug 5 (ABC Spark), Hello! caught up with the handsome 24-year-old actor to find out which episode has been his favourite to shoot, his ultimate guest star and Twitter tips.

There have been so many memorable episodes of Baby Daddy! Is there one in particular that was your favourite to film?
I love the flashback episodes. My character and I were very similar at age 15. I get to channel my most interesting and fearless self. Whenever we get to play outside the norm, it's always a great work week.

If you could pick anyone to guest star on the show who would it be?
Anyone? Sofia Vergara. I think she'd be great!

Do you like to jump on Twitter to see how fans are reacting to the episodes?
I do, but I want the fans to pay attention to the show, not their Twitter feed! I’d rather answer questions AFTER the episode.

JON STEWART SIGNS OFF

After 16 seasons as anchor and 18 Emmy awards, Jon Stewart will say farewell to his hit late-night series, The Daily Show, on Aug 6. Expect a list of famous faces to send Jon off in style, including confirmed guests Amy Schumer, Denis Leary and Louis C.K., who will visit the show Aug 3 to 5.
