Emmys 2016: The full list of nominees

The 2016 Emmy nominations were announced live on Thursday (Jul. 14) and The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, Game of Thrones, Fargo and Mr. Robot came out on top. Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham and Black-ish star Anthony Anderson announced the nominees live from Los Angeles.

Canadians Tatiana Maslany scored her second nod and Silicon Valley's Thomas Middleditch received his first ever nomination.

Jimmy Kimmel will return as host of the 68th annual bash on Sept. 18 after a successful showing in 2012. Broadcast rights for the Primetime Emmys rotate each year between the Big Four networks: ABC, CBS (Neil Patrick Harris in 2013), NBC (Seth Meyers in 2014) and Fox (Andy Samberg in 2015), and Jimmy is thrilled to be back on stage this year for ABC.
