Kim Kardashian’s make-up artist has given fans a glimpse into the reality TV queen’s beauty routine, sharing ‘before and after’ photos of the star on his Instagram. Mario Dedivanovic, who has been doing Kim’s make-up for years, hosted a masterclass over the weekend with Kim taking to the stage to be his model for the afternoon.
In the first of the two shots, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star was as radiant as ever as she posed completely make-up free, her hair slicked back into a ponytail with a middle parting.
In the ‘after’ shot, taken a few hours later following the star’s makeover in front of the 1000 audience members, Kim once again wowed her fans, this time with dramatic long eyelashes and black eyeliner, paired with a hint of nude lipgloss and her world-famous flawless complexion thanks to a hint of contouring.
The 34-year-old, who is currently pregnant with her and rapper husband Kanye West’s second child, rocked one of her trademark all-black ensembles for the event, stopping to take a selfie onstage as Mario finished off her glamorous look.
Although Kim turns to Mario for help with her make-up ahead of major red carpet events, it seems the star has had to learn a few tricks herself, without his help. In a short video clip during the session shared by Mario on Instagram, the style icon quipped that, despite their close friendship, Mario “never really shares his tricks with me”. Kim also stopped to take a few of her world-famous selfies onstage, to show off her makeover.
The star has been wowing fans with her high fashion maternity beauty and fashion looks since announcing that she and Kanye were expecting their second child, a baby brother for North West.
However, the star was quick to dismiss speculation that the little boy would be named South during an appearance on Shaquille O’Neal’s The Big Podcast.
“How many times have you been asked this question ” former basketball star Shaq asked, “Kim, you’re pregnant, you’ve announced it’s a boy, are you gonna name it South West?”
“I’ve been asked it hundreds of times,” Kim replied, via phone. “And I think it’s the stupidest question, no disrespect to you.
“Why just add another direction? We’re good. North is the best. I don’t want to try and duplicate that with like a lower direction, you know?”
