Photos of Celine Dion's 'waterpark house,' now listed for $10 million less

Celine Dion’s ‘waterpark house’ can finally be yours – and it’s a bargain! (Sort of.)

The Canadian chanteuse has dropped the price of her Jupiter Island, Florida home by $10 million, bringing the new asking price to $62.5 million.

Originally listed at $72.5 million, the enormous, 17,000 square-foot estate is comprised of five separate buildings (a five-bedroom main house, an eight-bedroom guesthouse, a pool house and a tennis house) as well as a fully functional waterpark complete with a lazy river and slides.

Celine's private quarters are just as glamorous as one would imagine, featuring a fabulous dressing room with a walk-in closet and fully-automated clothing and shoe racks — which makes sense, if you own more than 3,000 pairs of shoes like Celine!

She and her husband, René Angelil, reportedly purchased the property in 2010 for a cool $12.5 million. They then tore down the existing house to build a sprawling, Bahamian-style resort for their young boys (René-Charles, 12, and three-year-old twins, Eddy and Nelson) to grow up in.

The singer, who rang in her 46th birthday last week, has reportedly decided to sell because she and her family spend most of their time in Las Vegas since she signed a contract to perform at Ceasar’s Palace until 2019.

The home also comes fully furnished — minus the songbird’s personal affects, of course.

It isn’t Celine’s first real estate venture. Last year, the mother-of-three listed her 24,000 square-foot, private island home in Montreal for $29 million, which has reportedly been sold.
