With their own names permanently associated with marriage buzz, Kate Middleton and Wills had other nuptials to celebrate recently when they attended the wedding of the Prince's 28-year-old cousin Laura Fellowes. Kate, who'd chosen to wear a spotted summer dress and fascinator hat, accompanied her morning suit-clad beau to the celebration at Snettisham, Norfolk, close to the home of the bride's parents Lord and Lady Fellowes. Laura married City worker Nick Pettman, 34, in an intimate ceremony attended by family members, including Princess Diana's brother Earl Spencer.

In addition to the official invitees there were two last-minute guests at the church. A pair of holidaymakers who'd been exploring the church after stumbling on it during a stroll received an invite to attend by Lady Jane. First Josie Williams and Wendy Ablett, who were staying at the local caravan park, were shown around the venue by Princess Diana's older sister. "She was so charming to us," Josie told a local paper.

They then stayed on to witness the events as they unfolded: "The bride came in through a side gate from the vicarage. It was very low key. Her outfit was made from her grandmother's wedding dress. We watched the guests going in, including William, Kate and Earl Spencer, and were standing by the church door when a man beckoned us in, gave us a lovely order of service and showed us to a pew." "It was so exciting, We'd have looked smarter if we'd known - Wendy and I were in cropped trousers, T-shirts and sandals that day."
