The countdown is on for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal wedding, with one month to go before the lovebirds say "I do" in Windsor on May 19. Stylist Jessica Mulroney, the bride's BFF, is a key member of the team that helped the future royal find the perfect looks for her big day - but she's also been busy in Montego Bay, where Kaitlyn Bristowe, 32, and Shawn Booth, 30, had fans wondering if they'd tied the knot! As it turns out, Hello! can confirm that the couple isn't married quite yet, but they did pose for a romantic spread in Wedding Vacations by Sunwing, Canada’s largest integrated travel company.
The breathtaking shots, taken at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa, gave excited fans a glimpse of what Kaitlyn and Shawn's big day could look like. The reality star joked on Instagram that this was the reason her much-loved podcast, Off The Vine, was delayed as she posed at the bottom of a sweeping outdoor staircase in a strapless full-skirted gown with floral appliques. Her doting husband-to-be looked on from above, wearing a nude suit with a floral shirt. Fans went wild thinking the two had gotten hitched!
For the glamorous shoot, Kaitlyn modelled a number of show-stopping Kleinfeld Canada gowns - from a nude number embellished with a silver geometric pattern that glittered in the Jamaican sun to a particularly striking confection features a flowing floral-printed dress with a large train. Shawn, whose bride-to-be was smitten right from the First Impression Rose on the 2015 season of the reality series, looks casual and cool alongside Kaitlyn in the perfect island-ready ensembles - a white linen shirt paired with khaki pants and a grey suit with a crisp, unbuttoned shirt underneath.
The picture-perfect setting for the shoot featured clear blue waters and endless sky. The loved-up couple struck a number of poses, looking out towards the water and a beautiful gazebo in one and towards the camera with the sweeping background behind them in another. The calm and happiness captured in the spread doesn't betray the chaos that often comes behind the scenes of a wedding - but additional photographs give an inside look at how Jessica kept it all together. Clad in a white tank top and white shorts with Adidas sneakers, the stylist can be seen crouching on the dock to fix Kaitlyn's shoes.
This is Jessica's sixth run as contributing editor for Wedding Vacations. The mother of three has long been a consultant for Kleinfeld Canada, an outpost of the famed Manhattan bridal salon featured on Say Yes To The Dress that's located in Hudson's Bay.
Despite playing dress-up for the fun shoot, Kaitlyn and Shawn are taking their time where their wedding is concerned. The bride-to-be, who joked about eloping in Las Vegas to People last September, also told the magazine that she's so low-maintenance that she was "imagining a destination wedding," so this shoot may truly have been the inspiration she needed! As far as her dress goes, she's already found the perfect pair - that's right, the bride revealed to The Morning Breath that her friend, New York designer Hayley Paige, will be making her two pieces to wear on her big day.
