Ryan Gosling and JC Chasez give acting lessons in an adorable 'Mickey Mouse Club' video

Before Ryan Gosling, 33, and JC Chasez, 37, set teenage hearts aflutter worldwide, they were teens themselves – and they were absolutely adorable.

Buzzfeed has surfaced a video from the duo’s Mickey Mouse Club days from a segment called “Mouse Mail,” where cast members answer viewer fan mail.

A fan writes, “'I would like to know how all you kids keep so cool and natural in front of the TV cameras.”

After JC finishes reading the letter, in walks Ryan carrying a basketball and wearing suspenders with a grey t-shirt. “Oh, sorry,” the future Breaker High actor says.

JC fields the question, saying he feeds off the energy of the audience, and that keeps him from being nervous. He also explains that he likes to repeat a bunch of tongue twisters before a show to help with enunciation, which prompts Ryan to coolly give it a try.
