The engaged couple reportedly welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
It is thought that Mila had a natural labour, without an epidural.
“I’m going to do it as natural as I can, unless there’s an emergency,” she said earlier on in her pregnancy. “I know, I’m crazy, but I did this to myself I might as well do it right.”
Long-time friends Mila, 31, and Ashton, 36, first met on the set of That 70s Show, where they played each other's love interests. Years later, they rekindled their relationship and began dating in earnest in 2012. In April, they became engaged and soon after the couple announced that Mila was pregnant.
Since then, the couple have been diligently preparing for their bundle of joy. They bought a $10-million, baby-friendly home in Beverly Hillstogether, which friends say has a “jungle-themed” nursery filled with “baby animal” toys.
In June, the pair went on a week-long "babymoon" in French Polynesia, where the couple toured the island of Taha’a and even stopped to sign some autographs.
