Vin Diesel melted hearts today (June 1) sharing an adorable snap of his baby daughter, Pauline, on Facebook. The little bundle of joy, who was named after Vin’s late co-star and friend, Paul Walker, is too precious lying on her actor dad’s chest.
Not needing to caption the snap, Vin’s photo showed a father’s true pride and happiness.
The Fast & Furious 7 star was pictured cradling his baby and tenderly kissing the top of her head, while she lay back in a sweet pink and white babygro.
Pauline’s birth was announced on 16 March, although Vin and his Mexican model girlfriend Paloma Jimenez did not reveal if she was born on that same day.
At the time Vin, whose real name is Mark Sinclair, shared a photo of the newborn from hospital. A few days later during an appearance on NBC’s Today, the 47-year-old star explained why he chose to name his baby after the late Paul Walker.
“There’s no other person that I’m thinking about as I’m cutting this umbilical cord,” said Vin. "I knew he was there and it felt like, you know, a way to keep his memory a part of my memory, a part of my world."
Little Pauline is Vin’s third child with long-term girlfriend Paloma. The couple are also parents to daughter Hania Riley, seven, and a younger son Vincent.
Following the success of blockbuster Fast & Furious 7, which was the last film Paul featured in, producers have decided to add an eighth chapter to the motor racing franchise.
“Furious 8 is a go!” Vin proudly confirmed at CinemaCon in April, while also promising that the release set for 2017 will be the "best movie you’ve ever seen".
