Pop singer Sia is parting ways with her stunning 5,161-square-foot mansion, which she purchased just four months ago alongside husband Erik Anders Lang. Located in Los Angeles’ trendy Los Feliz community, the couple is looking to make a small profit on the estate, purchased for $4.7 million earlier this year and now listed at $4.9 million.
Boasting five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, stained glass windows, vintage light fixtures, breathtaking views and the finest of finishes, the Mediterranean house is nothing short of a Californian oasis. The 39-year-old singer is famous for her desire for privacy, so she may be planning to move to a more secluded location.
It’s been a busy year for the talented singer-songwriter. Sia received a Golden Globe nomination for her song ‘Opportunity’ from the movie Annie and was up for four trophies as this year’s GRAMMY Awards. Her 2015 contender for song of the summer, "Chandelier," took home the MTV Video Award for Best Choreography and she later performed the single at Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s surprise wedding in August. Comedian Whitney Cummings confirmed the news in a recent interview, saying that the singer had the honour of performing the couple’s first dance in front of an all-star audience, which included Courteney Cox, Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen DeGeneres, Emily Blunt and Will Arnett.
