Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson have been friends for years so naturally they have passed on their enduring friendship to their daughters Wyatt, 1, and two-year-old Fianna. And now that the former That ‘70s Show co-stars have reunited in the new Netflix comedy The Ranch, the girls’ play dates have gone from the playground to the set of the show.
"We bring them there every weekday,” revealed Danny during a sit-down with Entertainment Tonight. "They'll run up and down, and sometimes there will be a really dramatic scene being shot, and my daughter will be at Craft service, screaming, 'I want that!' But it's been really fun having them running around the set, and I hope that they get to grow up there the next 10 years.”
And even though Fianna is a bit older than his little girl, Ashton admits that their bond was instant. “I don't have to force them [to be friends], they just kick it."
Both actors have loving partners with whom they share the weight of parenthood – Ashton is married to Mila Kunis while Danny tied the knot with actress Bijou Phillips in 2011 – but both admit that it’s great to be able to share the joys and struggles of fatherhood with each other. "We come to work and his daughter is a couple months older than my daughter, so we'll talk about what's going on, what they're going through and what we're going through as parents," said Danny, adding, "It's just great to have someone to share it with."
