'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' star Stephen Amell on his costume: 'My daughter thought it was super cool!'

The Canadian star of CW's Arrow, actor Stephen Amell, wouldn't trade his life for anyone right now – except for maybe his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows co-star Will Arnett. "I've been to Will’s apartment, I might trade with Will," the actor told Hello! on the red carpet at the Toronto fan screening event at Scotiabank Theatre.

Starring in his first major motion picture (opening June 3), 35-year-old Stephen plays vigilante Casey Jones, who disguises himself to fight crime in the most Canadian way – by wearing a hockey mask. It's an onscreen side of him that was fully embraced by his two-year-old daughter, Mavi, who was just one-and-a-half at the time of filming. "She would go ‘Dada Casey Jooooones!’ That was her thing," he recalled with a laugh. "She thought it was super cool!"

As for co-stars Will and Tyler Perry, could they cut it in fight scenes with Stephen, who's been fighting crime like a pro on the CW show for five seasons? "Lacking!" Stephen jokes. "I'm a ten, they’re a three." All kidding aside, he does give his co-stars credit for taking to their stunts in the second installment of the superhero franchise with their signature comedic charm. "You know, Will actually has a funny stunt in the movie and it’s funny because of Megan [Fox]’s reaction to it."
