Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez look ready to take a major step in their blossoming relationship. The popstar ignited some suspicion over her living arrangements after she listed her New York City condo for a staggering $27 million. Now, sources confirm to People that she and her handsome beau are officially house hunting together.
The dynamic duo has been inseparable since making their romance public in February. They haven’t been shy when it comes to showing off their love and have wasted no time in uniting their children into one happy family. The new Lopez-Rodriguez pad will be a full house, with Jennifer’s 9-year-old twins Max and Emme, and Alex’s two adorable daughters, 12-year-old Natasha and Ella, 9, jockeying for their own rooms.
A source told the magazine, “They will invest together in a new home when they find the perfect one. They are starting to make more financial decisions together. It’s nice for Jennifer to be with a man who has his own money and spends it wisely.”
The lovebirds have proven time and time again that together they are one powerful duo! Jennifer, whose parents are from Puerto Rico, and Alex, 42, recently joined forces to raise money for Puerto Rico’s hurricane relief. The televised concert raised $35 million of the estimated $95 billion required for the Caribbean island’s clean-up.
The “On the Floor” singer has also become a role model for Alex’s growing girls, and it’s safe to say Jennifer, 48, has their seal of approval! The baseball player admitted in an interview with ET that his daughters both “adore” her.
"My girls adore Jennifer," the dad-of-two shared. "She's a great role model and they want to do exactly what Jennifer does. They want to sing, they want to dance, they want to produce, they want to direct."
The former Yankees third baseman continued: "A lot of people don't know she's also a great athlete and great business person, and for me, I'm the luckiest father in the world to be able to expose my beautiful daughters to someone as brilliant as Jennifer."
