Diary of the Week: ROM Dior Exhibit, Teddy Bear Affair, Sunshine Ball and more

Project Sunshine Canada and The Children’s Aid Foundation recently hosted their annual galas, The Sunshine Ball and Teddy Bear Affair. The former raised over $325,000 to help families and children facing medical challenges across the country while the latter generated an astonishing $1.4 million to help give back to children in need.
Over at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Holt Renfrew and over 200 partygoers celebrated the opening of the Christian Dior exhibit. Guests of the fashion and arts community sipped on fancy cocktails and got a sneak peek at the stunning exhibit, which is on at the ROM until March 18.
Also on the fashion front, over 300 lucky guests got to preview the Canadian launch of the DIM MAK Collection by Steve Aoki at Saks Fifth Avenue.
The Park Hyatt’s iconic Rooftop Lounge hosted one final hurrah before closing until 2019 for renovations. Live art installations, caricaturists, jazz music, oh my!
