And I think it's important that in all couples, the mom give the husband as much attention as the kids. My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way." After suffering from placenta accreta, Kim decided that a surrogate was the safest way to grow her family. "I hated being pregnant," the KKW Beauty founder, who has been vocal of her pregnancy struggles on her family's hit show, admitted. "But as much as I hated it, I still wished I could have done it on my own."

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star found having someone else carry her baby difficult in the beginning. "The control is hard at the beginning," she shared in the April issue. "Once you let that go, it's the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody." Kim was able to decide whether North and Saint's future sibling would be a boy or a girl. “It’s a really tricky thing. What sex do you put in?” she explained. “I just said, ‘Which one is the healthiest? Pick the healthiest one,’ and that was a girl.”

Kim and Kanye, who have been married since 2014, have grown to love each other more with each new addition to their household. The social media maven noted that she and the Famous rapper are a good "balance" for each other. "He's taught me to have more of an opinion," she said. "I've taught him to be a bit more calm or cautious."
