It hasn’t been the easiest year for Jennifer Garner, but with an exciting new HBO show, Camping, and a brand new romance, things are looking up for the mother of three! The industry veteran has reportedly found love again with businessman John Miller, the Chairman and CEO of Cali Group, who she’s been dating quietly for six months, according to Us Weekly .
One source opened up to the publication about their new relationship: “They’ve been together six months and it’s getting pretty serious.” A second source elaborated: “Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been. It’s a loving, healthy relationship.” The 40-year-old businessman, who helps develop new technology for the food industry, is mostly out of the public eye – except for an appearance on a YouTube video where he discusses Cali Group’s loyalty program. Being able to keep a low profile with this relationship is likely a draw for her, not to mention the fact that John has also been married once before, so their histories have that element in common.
It seems like a match made in heaven for Jennifer, who’s personal life and marital struggles with Ben Affleck– the father of her kids Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and six-year-old Samuel – has been put on display for the world to see. The road to their official separation was a long one, having first made the sad news public in June 2015 but not finalizing it until this month, more than three years later. Jennifer, 46, was recently photographed driving the Argo star to rehab for the second time to treat his alcohol dependency – showing that despite their divorce, they still care about each other deeply.
Back when Ben checked into rehab for the second time, he shared a post on his official Facebook page detailing his struggle and praising his incredible ex-wife: "I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step,” he wrote, adding: "I'm lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as I've done the work I set out to do."
