Gwyneth Paltrow
The Oscar-winning actress has opened up about her battle with COVID-19, which she says she contracted in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
In an essay posted to her Goop website, the lifestyle enthusiast says the illness has left her with "some long-tail fatigue and brain fog" and tests done this past January showed "really high levels of inflammation" in her body.
Gwyneth says in recent days she's been making lots of home-cooked meals and mostly eating plant-based, with the exception of fish and some meat here and there. She's also avoiding sugar and alcohol and has been taking a special supplement that helps her body get fish oil, B vitamins, Vitamin D3, selenium and zinc.
The 48-year-old mom of two also said she's taking more time to reach out to those she cares about, and encouraged her fans to do the same.
"It's been almost a year; we all need some encouragement to keep going – and to keep going on a healthier path," she said.
We're wishing Gwyneth well as she continues to recover.

Snooki
The Jersey Shore alumna recently tested positive for COVID-19, which she called "super scary" because she said she and her family "have been super cautious and careful" during the pandemic.
The star, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, shared her diagnosis in an Instagram post on Valentine's Day, saying she'd been isolated in her room since she found out.
The 33-year-old said her symptoms started as a "bad sinus cold" that left her feeling very tired and "napping all day." In her Instagram Stories, he added her tiredness is so bad she feels like she "ran a marathon." After her positive test, she revealed she lost her senses of taste and smell, saying she had "greasy cheese pizza" recently and couldn't taste it at all. She called the lack of taste the worst thing about having COVID-19 so far.
Overall, though, she said her symptoms have been pretty mild and is urging everyone to continue taking precautions such as mask wearing, staying distant from people, staying home and not going out – especially if you feel unwell.

Andy Murray
The three-time Grand Slam singles title winner withdrew from the Australian Open in January 2021 after contracting COVID-19.
Andy tested positive for the illness a week before he was set to leave the U.K. Although he was asymptomatic at the time, it was eventually agreed he couldn't work competing around the need for quarantining.
"Gutted to share that I won't be flying out to Australia to compete at the Australian Open," he said in a statement. "It's a country and a tournament that I love."
The former world No. 1 later entered a tournament in Biella, Italy that starts next week.

David Duchovny
The X-Files star told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest that he had COVID-19 over the holidays.
Thankfully, the 60-year-old didn't have serious symptoms, but he was with his children, Madelaine and Miller, and was worried he was going to give it to them. Luckily, he didn't, and he and Miller are still spending lockdown together.
That said, he won't be cooking very much anymore – he said not only did quarantine show him he's not good at it, but when he made brownies, he and Miller horrifyingly discovered a bug had been baked into them! Fox Mulder would probably want to examine it to see if it came from another planet...

Get well soon, Michael!

Liv Tyler
The Lord of the Rings star took to Instagram in January 2021 to reveal she'd recovered from COVID-19, and said while she'd only had "COVID-lite," it was still a pretty scary experience.
"I'm such a private and shy person and usually don't share such things, but this is a big one," she wrote, posting a photo with two of her children, Sailor, 5, and Lula, 4.
"I tested positive for COVID-19 on New Year's Eve day," she wrote. "I had made it all the way through 2020, keeping myself and my family safe. Doing everything I could to protect my wolf pack and follow the rules to protect others. Suddenly on the morn of the last day of 2020... boom, it took me down.
"It comes on fast, like a locomotive... with it, feelings of fear, shame and guilt swirling through you – who could you ache gotten it from, and who could you have infected? Terrifying," she continued.
She added that the experience made her isolate alone in her room for 10 days, during which she couldn't really get out of bed since the illness "floored" her. She said she was also thankful that her family tested negative. Her kids kept her going by sending her messages, which they'd pass underneath the door, she said.
"I am humbled and filled with gratitude, to be well, a gift and beaming love and light to all the who have left this world because of this virus and those who are suffering," she finished. "Sending love and imaginary universal hugs to all."

Gloria Estefan
In November, the legendary singer revealed she'd tested positive following a meeting with a fan.
"The reason I'm sharing this is that I want you to know how highly contagious this is – I wear my mask everywhere. I went to a restaurant outdoors with some family – three, four of us – and everybody was negative. We wore masks all the way to the table.
"When we left, the only thing that I can imagine happened is that someone came up to me when I was eating and tapped me on the shoulder. They were very close, they had no mask and they were telling me beautiful things. But that's the only thing that I have done outside of my enclosure here.
"I was very lucky. But I just wanted to share with you the fact that I was in quarantine and the one day I went out and met with one person that was not wearing a mask – I even held my breath, quite honestly, through their talk – something must have happened."
She's since recovered.

Hugh Grant
The Four Weddings and a Funeral star revealed he also had COVID-19 earlier this year.
On Nov. 10, Hugh, who stars in The Undoing with Nicole Kidman, told Stephen Colbert he took a test last month and discovered he and his wife, Anna Eberstein, both had COVID-19 antibodies in their blood.
He said he thinks they both likely had the illness in February based on the awful-sounding symptoms they were both having.
"It started as just a very strange syndrome where I kept breaking into a terrible sweat," he said. "It was like a poncho of sweat – embarrassing, really.
"Then my eyeballs felt about three sizes too big and this feeling as though some enormous man was sitting on my chest...
"I thought, 'I don't know what this is,' and then I was walking down the street one day and I thought, 'I can't smell a damn thing,' and you start to panic."
Hugh said that made him freak out, as it would most people and he started smelling everything he could just to see if scents would register in his nose.
"You get more and more desperate – I started sniffing in garbage cans," he hilariously said. "You know, you want to sniff strangers' armpits because you just can't smell anything.
"I eventually went home and sprayed my wife's Chanel No. 5 directly into my face. Couldn't smell a thing, but I did go blind!"
He said they're both feeling much better now and we're glad, for multiple reasons.

Sergio went on to say he will not compete in the Masters tournament, which was rescheduled to Nov. 12-15 from April 9-12 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"The important thing is that my family and I are feeling good," he continued. "We'll come back stronger and give the green jacket a go next April."

Charlie Hunnam

In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Nov. 7, Charlie told the host he was sick with a bug that he thought was pretty consistent with his coronavirus symptoms last time.
"I'm not sure what I have. I have a little bit of a persistent fever, a dry cough, a little bit of fatigue, so it could be COVID," he said. The actor mentioned while he had tested negative earlier in the week, his symptoms were similar to the mild ones he experienced when he had COVID.
"I just lost my sense of taste and smell for about 10 days and had a little bit of fatigue," he told Jimmy, saying he realized something was wrong when he couldn't smell coffee.
He also surprised Jimmy by revealing his cat also had the coronavirus! He said the only time he had left his home since March was to take the pet to the veterinarian.
"And it turns out what she has is feline coronavirus," he said.
We hope Charlie doesn't have COVID again and that he gets well soon!

Khloé Kardashian
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star came down with COVID-19 earlier this year, new footage from the show reveals.
In a clip shared with E! this week, the 36-year-old is seen waiting for the results of her coronavirus test while Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner share their perspectives.
"We're just anxiously awaiting the results for Khloe to see if she has it or not," Kim says. "I mean, my gut tells me she does, just because she's so sick. And that really scares me for h er, 'cause I can tell that she's now getting scared and that she's really nervous about it."
Later in the episode, Khloe is revealed to have tested positive.
"Just found out that I do have corona," she says from a clip that was filmed as she lay in bed recovering. "I have been in my room. It's gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple days."
Khloe went on to say that her symptoms included horrendous headaches, vomiting and alternating between being burning hot and freezing cold.
"I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache," Khloe says in the clip. "I wouldn't say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I cough."
Khloé has since recovered.

Stephen Amell
The Toronto-born former star of Arrow revealed he had contracted COVID-19 earlier this month.
In an appearance on Michael Rosenbaum's Inside of You podcast, the 39-year-old said his illness forced his upcoming show Heels to shut down for one day, and it gave him significant anxiety.
"My anxiety came from the idea that I would be letting hundreds of people down," he said, adding that as of Oct. 20, when the show was recorded, he'd been cleared to go back on the set.
"I didn't have anxiety about the fact that I would give it to other people - which again, I possibly did, which is unsettling in and of itself," he continued. "But you have to understand that because of this anxiety, I have actively, actively, actively tried to avoid contracting this virus. And guess what? I... got it anyway, so be smart. If you're being smart, stay smart. And if you're not, you're just dragging this... on longer for everybody else."
Heels sees Stephen take on a much different role than we've seen him in before – in the show, he plays a professional wrestler.
"I'm incredibly fortunate that if I have to go into isolation, I have a job waiting for me on the other side," he said. Again, thank you very much to Starz for being so supportive and what they did over the past three weeks. The show shut down for one day. What they were able to do is mind boggling, quite frankly. It just goes to show that they were prepared for it, but not everyone has the luxury of taking two weeks off. In fact, most people don't. We are in the midst of a global pandemic, and times are tough for a lot of people."

"I had to go and change his sheets and help him get out of bed when he wasn't feeling good," she said. "It was a challenge because it was so unknown.
"Changing his sheets with gloves and a face shield was a really scary time."
Luckily, Kanye made a full recovery and it sounds like Kim and their kids did not contract the coronavirus!

In a Zoom interview with Rebecca Harding, the chair of the Society of Women Writers and Journalists, Charles revealed his illness came at a very challenging time because he was on a deadline for his new book, The White Ship.
"I wrote this book and was feeling ill and out of energy, but you just have to keep going," he said. "I've got very understanding publishers, and they were very supportive. I just kept going. In the end, I got to the finishing line.
"There were moments where I thought I was actually never going to finish this book because I wasn't feeling very well – but you've got to put on the big boy pants and get on with it, really."
We're glad to hear Charles is feeling better – and that he finished his book! It's the seventh book for him. He's previously written about his own family's history, along with Charles I's execution and the reign of Charles II.

"She's okay, she's doing good," Sharon told her co-hosts and the audience. "I don't have it. [Jack Osbourne] doesn't have it. Her mommy doesn't have it. Her sisters don't."
Sharon went on to say that people shouldn't think toddlers and small children cannot get the novel coronavirus, and that Minnie had picked it up from one of Jack's employees.
Get well soon, guys!

Robert Pattinson
The acting superstar recently contracted COVID-19, causing production on The Batman to halt after his diagnosis, according to Vanity Fair.
"A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols," Warner Bros. said in a statement. "Filming is temporarily paused."
This isn't the first time the film's set has been shut down. In March, right after the coronavirus was declared a pandemic, production on movies and television shut down due to lockdown regulations.

Kevin Hart
The comedian has revealed he tested positive for COVID-19 in March, about around the same time Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson went public with their own positive tests.
"I couldn't say anything because he's more famous than I am," the 41-year-old reportedly joked during a stand-up routine during Dave Chappelle's An Intimate Socially Distanced Affair comedy special on Aug. 22, according to Page Six.
Kevin has kept quiet about the diagnosis since March and has been pretty quiet in general, though we do know he and his wife Eniko Parrish are expecting their second child together any day now.
This week, Kevin took to his Instagram page to share a heartwarming and funny snap with Eniko that shows her holding her baby bump. "Getting close," he wrote in the caption.
The little girl they're expecting will join Kenzo, the couple's son, who was born in 2017. Kevin is also father to daughter Heaven and son Hendrix, who he shares with ex-wife Torrei Hart.

Usain Bolt
The sprinting legend, who won whopping eight gold medals during his Olympic career, was reported to have tested positive for COVID-19 on Aug. 25.
His diagnosis comes after what was reported to be a birthday celebration held at his house last week. He was said to have not worn a mask.
"Just to be safe I quarantined myself and just taking it easy," he said on Instagram in a video posted Aug. 24 before his positive test result was announced.
A representative for Usain told CNN the 34-year-old is symptom-free at the moment and continues to isolate at home.

Lena Dunham
The former Girls star revealed in August that she'd battled COVID-19 earlier this year, saying she came down with it in mid-March.
Lena, 34, said her first symptoms weren't much different from those she experiences regularly due to other health conditions, so she wasn't concerned. But it later became clear something else was going on with her body.
"It started with achy joints, which I was unable to distinguish from my usual diagnoses, so I didn't freak out," she wrote on Instagram. "But the pain was soon joined by an impossible, crushing fatigue. Then, a fever of 102. Suddenly my body simply... revolted. The nerves in my feet burned and muscles wouldn't seem to do their job. My hands were numb. I couldn't tolerate loud noises. I couldn't sleep but I couldn't wake up. I lost my sense of taste and smell. A hacking cough, like a metronome keeping time. Inability to breathe after simple tasks like getting a glass of water. Random red rashes. A pounding headache right between my eyes. It felt like I was a complex machine that had been unplugged and then had my wires rerouted into the wrong inputs.
"This went on for 21 days. I was lucky enough to have a doctor who could offer me regular guidance on how to care for myself and I never had to be hospitalized."
Lena self-isolated through her entire experience with the virus, and called the loneliness she felt through the whole infection horrible. She went on to urge people to take the coronavirus seriously and keep social distancing, wearing masks in public and listening to medical experts.

Jack Nicklaus
The golf legend says he was sickened by COVID-19 earlier this year, as was his wife, Barbara.
Luckily, Jack, who is 80 years old, only had a mild case. He also said his wife showed no symptoms, while he did. The two kept themselves isolated at home in Florida from mid-March to late April so as to help avoid spreading the virus.
"Barbara and I are both of the age, both of us 80 years old, that it's an at risk age," he said, according to The Winnipeg Sun. "Our hearts do go out to the people who did lose their lives and their families. We were just a couple of the lucky ones."

Kelly Stone
Sharon Stone's younger sister has been hospitalized after being infected with COVID-19, and the actress is sending a message to fans: Wear a mask.
On Aug. 15, the 62-year-old took to Instagram to tell fans about her sister's ordeal, sharing photos from inside the hospital romo where Kelly is staying.
Kelly already had a weakened immune system due to having lupus, an autoimmune disease.
"The only place she went was the pharmacy," Sharon said in the caption for her post. "There is no testing in her county unless you are symptomatic, and then it's five-day wait for results. Can YOU FACE THIS ROOM ALONE? Wear a man! For yourself and others. Please."
The next day, Sharon also told followers that Kelly's husband, Bruce, is in the same hospital ward, where he, too, is battling COVID-19. Sharon pointed out some problems with testing in Montana, the state where Kelly and Bruce live.
Kelly has also shared her own posts from the hospital. On Aug. 16, she said she is "gasping for every breath without oxygen," and urged her own followers to wear masks, saying the threat of COVID-19 hasn't gone away and the virus is "real."
"You don't want to be here not being able to breathe," she said in a video.

Brian Cox
The Succession star said he got a surprise when he went to the doctor for a routine blood test: He tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies.
The 74-year-old goes to the doctor quite often to have his blood screened since he's diabetic, and told James Corden he "never felt anything" that indicated he had COVID-19.
He also said he has no idea how or where he contracted the virus, which apparently left him without any of the major symptoms others have suffered when they've been infected – other than tiredness, which he thought was nothing more than jet lag at the time, and "sneezing attacks."

Antonio Banderas
The Oscar nominee revealed that he wasn't exactly having the best 60th birthday after testing positive for COVID-19.
"I would like to add that I feel relatively well, just a little more tired than usual and confident that I will recover as soon as possible following the medical indications that I hope will allow me to overcome the infectious process that I suffer and that is affecting so many people around the planet," he tweeted on Aug. 10.
That's no easy way to spend any birthday, especially a milestone date such as celebrating 60 years on the planet. We wish Antonio well and hope he makes a speedy recovery! We know his entire family, including Dakota Johnson and ex-wife Melanie Griffith, will be rallying around him to help as he gets better.

Alyssa Milano was tested twice for COVID-19 earlier this year and both tests came back negative, but she didn't buy it. Now she says she's tested positive for antibodies to the illness.
Taking to Instagram on Aug. 5, the star shared a photo of her on a breathing machine, saying it was taken in April after she had been sick for two weeks.
"I had never been this kind of sick," she wrote. "Everything hurt. Loss of smell. It felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't keep food in me. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I was confused. Low grade fever. And the headaches were horrible. I basically had every Covid symptom."
She said she felt somewhat better over recent months, but still had been dealing with issues such as "vertigo, stomach abnormalities, irregular periods, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, zero short term memory and general malaise."
She said the positive antibodies test gives her some validation for what she had been going through and experiencing.
"I also want you to know, this illness is not a hoax," she wrote. "I thought I was dying. It felt like I was dying."
Alyssa encouraged her fans to wash their hands, continue social distancing and wear a mask to stop the spread of the illness.
While an antibodies test for COVID-19 indicates someone has been exposed to it, some health organizations say they shouldn't be used to determine whether someone has immunity to the illness and testing isn't always accurate.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and family
The Bollywood star, her daughter Aaradhya, her husband, Abhishek and father-in-law, the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, have all tested positive for COVID-19. Both Abhishek and Amitabh have been hospitalized with the illness.
"Aishwarya and Aaradhya... will be self quarantining at home," Abhishek's Twitter account announced on July 12. Both Abhishek and Amitabh have mild symptoms.

Nick Cordero
The Broadway star passed away on July 5 at age 41 after a brutal battle with COVID-19.
Nick was initially admitted to hospital in March for what was believed to be pneumonia. Eventually, he needed to be put on a ventilator and a machine to help him breathe. He was finally diagnosed with COVID-19 after two tests came back negative.
His battle with the virus saw him have "two mini strokes" and "an infection that caused his heart to stop," according to his wife, Amanda Kloots. Nick also required surgery to remove a cannula that was restricting blood flow to his leg. Eventually, that leg had to be amputated.
He also dealt with needing "an MRI to further investigate brain damage, several bronchial sweeps to clear out his lungs, a sepsis infection causing septic shock, a fungus in his lungs, holes in his lungs, a tracheostomy, blood clots, low blood count and platelet levels," and needed "a temporary pacemaker to assist his heart," Amanda has shared on her Instagram.
In May, he woke up from a month-long coma, but was then hit with two other lung infections. Three days before he passed away, Amanda said he would likely need a double lung transplant and probably not work again in the entertainment industry.

Novak Djokovic
The world No. 1 in tennis announced he has COVID-19 after he was highly criticized for organizing an event which some said could have exposed tennis players to the illness. Two players tested positive after playing in the tournament. The rest of the Adria Tour was cancelled as a result.
Novak said he had no symptoms of the illness and his wife Jelena also has it. His children so far have tested negative. He is self-isolating for two weeks and will receive another test in five days.
"Everything we did in the past month, we did with a pure heart and sincere intentions," he said in a statement when the Adria Tour was cancelled. "Our tournament meant to unite and share a message of solidarity and compassion throughout the region.
The 33-year-old said organizers had planned the event with the understanding that the coronavirus had been "weakened" and it would be safe to hold the tournament.
"It was all born with a philanthropic idea, to direct all raised funds towards people in need and it warmed my heart to see how everybody strongly responded to this.
"Unfortunately, this virus is still present, and it is a new reality that we are still learning to cope and live with. I am hoping things will ease with time so we can all resume lives the way they were."

The 61-year-old star revealed he'd beaten COVID-19 in an interview with La Stampa on May 26.
The tenor revealed he'd come down with the illness in March, calling it "a nightmare."
"It was a tragedy," he said. "My whole family was contaminated."
Luckily, he said he and his loved ones did not have severe symptoms, but he still had to cancel a lot of his shows.
"It was like living a nightmare because I felt like I was no longer in control of things," he explained. "I was hoping to wake up at any moment."
The singer, who is known for his song "The Prayer" with Céline Dion, also said he'd donated his plasma in the hopes it helps with research toward a vaccine.

Madonna
Did Madonna have COVID-19?
The superstar has revealed that a week prior to testing positive for coronavirus antibodies, she had been sick with what she and her crew just thought was "a very bad flu."
On May 6, she took to Instagram to share that she will be donating US$1.1 million to COVID-19 vaccine research. She also took the time to correct some misconceptions and rumours that she was currently sick with the illness.
"When you test positive for antibodies it means you HAD the virus, which I clearly did as I was sick at the end of my tour in Paris over 7 weeks ago along with many other artists in my show, but at the time we all thought we had a very bad flu," she wrote. "Thank God we are all healthy and well now."
Last month, Madonna told her followers she had tested positive for antibodies.

Lesley Stahl
On May 3, the 60 Minutes host revealed she had recovered from COVID-19, which left her with pneumonia and very rough symptoms that ultimately landed her in hospital.
"I found an overworked, nearly overwhelmed staff," she said during Sunday's show. "Every one of them kind, sympathetic, gentle and caring from the moment I arrived until the moment days later when I was wheeled out through a gauntlet of cheering medical workers."
Lesley is one of several American journalists and news anchors who have recovered from the coronavirus. CNN's Chris Cuomo detailed his battle with the virus from his family's basement, while Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos came down with it along with his wife, comedian Ali Wentworth.
Lesley continued to praise health care workers during her special message on the show.
"This valiant army in scrubs and masks was not just doing a job; they were fulfilling a mission, answering the call," she said. "Thanks to them, like so many other patients, I ma well now. Tonight, we all owe them our gratitude, our admiration – and in some cases, our lives."

The former Montreal Canadiens star is in hospital with COVID-19, which he says he likely came down with on April 26 while delivering groceries to people in his community.
"Now I can't even get up without losing my breath. It's insane," he said in a Facebook Live video from the hospital.
"I have pneumonia in both my lungs," he continued. "They've both affected by the COVID because I have asthma. I have to have oxygen blowing through my nose."
He went on to say his nights are the worst and that he experiences fevers and needs medication during the evening and overnight hours often.

Marianne Faithfull
The 73-year-old singer had been admitted to hospital in London on April 4 with symptoms that were later confirmed to be COVID-19, and has since been released.
"We are really happy to say that Marianne has been discharged from hospital today, 22 days later being admitted suffering from the symptoms of COVID-19," an April 22 statement read. "Marianne thanks you all for your kind messages of concern, which have meant a great deal through what is such a difficult time for so many. She is also very grateful to all the NHS staff who cared for her at the hospital and, without doubt, saved her life."
Marianne, who was discovered by Rolling Stones producer Andrew Loog Oldham at one of the band's parties in the '60s, has battled numerous health issues throughout her life, so we're very happy to hear she's recovered from the coronavirus. In its statement, her team said she's continuing to convalesce in London.

George Stephanopoulos
In early April, comedian Ali Wentworth revealed her COVID-19 diagnosis, and now her husband, Good Morning America anchor George Stephanopoulos, says he has it, too.
That said, he seems to have lucked out (for now?) because he says he hasn't had any of the symptoms.
"I've never had a fever, never had chills, never had a headache, never had a cough, never had shortness of breath," he said on April 13. "I'm feeling great."
He told his co-anchors, Michael Strahan and Robin Roberts, that he expected his test to be negative since he wasn't feeling sick.
As for Ali, she continues to recover, and hasn't been as lucky as George. He said she has good days and bad ones and nights "can be pretty rough."

Todd Chrisley
The patriarch of the Chrisley family and star of Chrisley Knows Best shared his diagnosis with fans on his Chrisley Confessions post cast last week. He revealed he was hospitalized for four-and-a-half days and is now back at home.
"It has been the sickest that I have ever been in the 52 years I've been on this Earth," he said. "I cannot ever tell you a time in my life where I have ever been as sick as what I had been with the coronavirus."
His wife Julie agreed, saying in the 25 years that they've been together, he's never been so ill.
"If you are doubting or have not been affected by corona personally... you need to know that this is serious," she said. "There are people who are dying and we have to take it seriously. We have to practice social distancing, and we have to stay in if at all possible."
Todd said while he's feeling better, he's still not at 100 per cent yet and called the illness a "life-altering experience."
"I think that what it has taught me is to look around and see the things that truly, truly matter – and what matters is health," he said. "You can have all the money in the world, but if you don't have your health, you have nothing. It's been a tough, tough three weeks."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star took to Instagram on April 8 to reveal she'd been diagnosed with COVID-19 and was finally starting to feel like she'd turned a corner.
"I've been sick for the past 10 days," she wrote. "But today is the first day that I'm finally starting to feel better. Keeping my kids away has been the hardest and I'm grateful that I have no breathing issues.
"My days haven't been so bad, aside from a lot of fatigue and sleeping. At night is when it's the worst for me because of the mix of sweating and chills. I'm taking my vitamins and drinking hot liquids. We'll all get through this."

Jackson Browne
The "Boys of Summer" and "Running on Empty" hitmaker acquired a cough and a fever recently and took a COVID-19 test, which he told Rolling Stone was positive.
"My symptoms are really pretty mild, so I don’t require any kind of medication and certainly not hospitalization or anything like that," the 71-year-old said.
"So many people that have it aren't going to be tested. They don't have symptoms, but they might have it and might be able to pass it on. That's what younger readers need to understand: They need to to take part in the global response to stop the spread. That means not going anywhere, not getting into contact with anybody, not seeing anybody."
He went on to say the prognosis for a positive test is to help the body get over the infection, pointing out if you fight it off, you "have the antibodies and you'll start contributing to the herd immunity."
"The thing we should all be very aware of is by traveling around the city and moving this germ from place to place, inadvertently, you are risking the lives of everybody, including the most vulnerable, people who have asthma or people who are really old."

Greta Thunberg

"Around 10 days ago I started feeling some symptoms, exactly the same time as my father – who travelled with me from Brussels," she wrote. "I was feeling tired, had shivers, a sore throat and coughed. My dad experienced the same symptoms, but much more intense and with a fever.
She wrote that she hadn't been tested because in Sweden, it isn't possible to receive a test unless you need emergency treatment. But she wrote given the circumstances, she probably had the virus.
"Now I’ve basically recovered, but – and this is the bottom line: I almost didn’t feel ill. My last cold was much worse than this! Had it not been for someone else having the virus simultaneously I might not even have suspected anything," she wrote. "Then I would just have thought I was feeling unusually tired with a bit of a cough. And this it what makes it so much more dangerous. Many (especially young people) might not notice any symptoms at all, or very mild symptoms. Then they don’t know they have the virus and can pass it on to people in risk groups.
"We who don’t belong to a risk group have an enormous responsibility, our actions can be the difference between life and death for many others. Please keep that in mind, follow the advice from experts and your local authorities and #StayAtHome to slow the spread of the virus. And remember to always take care of each other and help those in need."

I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves."
