There are many ways celebrities are helping with relief efforts during the coronavirus pandemic. Elton John is launching a Classic Concert Series on his YouTube channel that will benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund.

The legendary singer has been promoting the exciting concert serue on his social media channels. Those who didn't get a chance to see some of his most famous concerts in person will have the opportunity to enjoy them online with the Classic Concert Series!

Beginning Friday, July 3, the Elton John YouTube channel will give fans six "monumental concerts" from the singer's archive. For the next six weeks, a new concert will be available on YouTube, for the first time ever, beginning with Live At The Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre from 1976. Fans are encouraged to donate to the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund during the event.

The foundation's COVID-19 Emergency Fund is focused on continuing to provide prevention and care to the "most vulnerable people around the globe during the COVID-19 pandemic."

"There are 37 million people living with HIV around the world and we cannot lose the gains we’ve made to end the AIDS epidemic during this time," it states on Elton's YouTube. "Please consider donating via the blue Donate button if you can. Thank you. To find out more, visit www.ejaf.org."

Fans will want to make sure they set a notification because the first concert goes live at 9am (LA) / 12pm (NY) / 5pm (LDN) on Friday and is only available for 72 hours.
