Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's inauguration in photos

<Strong><a href=/tags/0/joe-biden>Joe Biden</a></strong> and <strong><A href=/tags/0/kamala-harris>Kamala Harris</a></strong> were sworn in as U.S. president and vice president on Jan. 20 in a star-studded ceremony on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. <p>Three former presidents from both parties, including <Strong><A href=/tags/0/barack-obama>Barack Obama</a></strong>, <strong><A href=/tags/0/george-w-bush>George W.
