Madrid is my new home says Posh

With former Manchester United star David Beckham now in his fourth month with his new team Real Madrid, many have noted that sightings of his wife Victoria in the Spanish capital have been few and far between.

However, the former Spice Girl, who has long called the couple's luxury estate Beckingham Palace her permanent base, tells fashion mag Elle that she's ready to make the jump to Madrid. "I'll settle down here and travel if I have to work," she says. "The children will go to school in Madrid, where the family home will be."

Though the famous pair have yet to find a suitable house, Posh has seemed to embrace her new city in recent weeks. She has stepped out at her first local public event, attended the Madrid Tennis Masters, and even swapped her usual Dolce & Gabbana labels for a Spanish-designed creation at a high-profile London bash.

Perhaps it was her husband who suggested the silky Hannibal Laguna minidress, as Victoria also confesses that David helps her make sartorial decisions. "He advises me on what to wear, tells me how he likes my hair and makeup," she said. "I really listen to him."

And it seems the hunky athlete will be her unofficial stylist for a long time to come. In the same interview, Posh says she's still mad about her husband of four years and will never stray. "I've never seen anyone so good-looking, but that might be because I'm totally in love with him," she says. "I never look at anyone else and think, 'What if?'."
