In turn, Elizabeth is a doting stepmother, making sure that her partner's three children Brooke, Jackson and Summer are included along with her own son Damian.
Which is why 12-year-old Jackson was very much part of the outing, looking as smartly dressed as his fashionable dad in a blazer and tie.
Elizabeth's son is delighted to have "three new playmates on tap," the actress recently told HELLO!
"Damian adores them all and rotates round sleeping in all of their bedrooms when we're in Australia," she revealed, adding that her nickname with her stepchildren is "Mummy Two".
And although making their family work across two different continents is challenging, the 47-year-old wouldn't have it any other way.
She said: "I love it when we're all together. I just try to be the best stepmum that I can."
