Friends and family of the late Paul Walker gathered to attend his small and intimate funeral on Saturday. The Fast & Furious star, who tragically died in a car crash alongside his close friend and driver Roger Rodas on 30 November, was cremated on Thursday and his ashes laid to rest over the weekend. Mourners were seen arriving at Hollywood's Forest Lawn Memorial Park to bid their last farewell to Paul in a non-denominational ceremony that lasted about 45 minutes. Those in attendance included the 40-year-old actor's parents, Paul Walker Sr. and Cheryl Walker, his brothers Caleb Walker and Cody Walker and other close friends and family.

As guests drove in to the cemetery, they made their way to a green tent that had been set up to shield the grievers from the afternoon sun and give them more privacy. An easel holding a portrait of Paul and surrounded by flowers was spotted next to the awning. On the same day as the funeral, Paul's Fast & Furious co-stars showed their love for the late actor by expressing their grief on social media sites. "Today In a room full of your loved ones I wish today was your wedding instead...," wrote Tyrese Gibson alongside a black and white photo of his co-star. "God has a better plan even beyond ALL of our own understandings...For selfish reasons we all wanted you to stay, another laugh, another take, another talk, another moment..... I guess you can't get all you ask for in life...."But our hearts are FULL from all the moments we DID have, 13 years of laughter and grace, humility and love..... Never did I take my access for granted... Continue praying for his #Family, his daughter #Meadow, you are the WORLDS best friend that's why we're all feeling it... #RIHAW •Rest In Heaven Angel Walker•."

"I said goodbye to a great man today, a man I never got to show just how much I love his spirit and his golden heart," tweeted Paul's co-star Michelle Rodriquez. "Stay golden pony boy... I hope you get my tweet in heaven, ps you're right; 'stop talking just do it already' ;) Love you Paul, your departure is fuel to my fire, we'll meet again, enjoy that light. "Paul's kin are reportedly holding a private service in an as-yet undisclosed location, and no media or press will be allowed in. It is thought that some of Paul's Fast & Furious co-stars will be invited to the intimate gathering as the Hollywood star considered them family.Last Sunday, members of the public mourned Paul's death by gathering at the spot where he and Roger died for a momentous memorial service. Fans laid toy cars, candles, teddies, flowers and other tributes at the site, while Fast & Furious-style decorated cars paraded through the area.
