Just a day after Rob Kardashian posted a fraught Twitter message, the reality TV star has tweeted in a much chirpier, upbeat tone showing his joy at his family returning home.
"mi Familia is home! Yeeee!!" wrote the troubled Kardashian brother, who also deleted the previous post.
Kim Kardashian's little brother has recently been absent from family activities and didn't go to Thailand to film the series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
On Tuesday he gave fans an insight into his troubled state of mind, writing: "no one will ever understand how much it hurts".
Rob is reportedly struggling with body image issues after gaining weight – and has apparently headed off to a fitness camp in an effort to lose the extra pounds.
Last week Kris Jenner was spotted boarding a plane with the 27-year-old who was said to be heading off to attend a weight loss program.
The 'Momager' is said to have urged Rob to lose 70lbs ahead of big sister Kim's wedding to Kanye, reportedly set to take place in May.
He has been open about his struggles with his weight – openly talking about it during series nine of KUWTK.
In a recent episode he confessed: "I've been the most unhappiest person for about a year and a half and it's very, very easy to fall off the wagon. I need to literally dedicate my entire life to my fitness."
On his 27th birthday on 17 March, his big sister Khloé showed support for her brother, posting a collage of pictures of Rob when he was slimmer on Instagram.
"This year I want to give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes! I want you to own how incredible you are and shine the way you are meant to shine. I love you!!!" she wrote.
The catalyst for his problems is said to be his split with Rita Ora in 2012, after which he gained 60lbs.
